You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account, including a valid email address or mobile number that you control.

You may use Quietly Offered to create vehicle profiles, generate QR placards, connect with other collectors, and discover remarkable vehicles and their stories. You agree to use the service in good faith and in a manner consistent with its purpose as a collector identity and stewardship platform.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent vehicle information.
• Impersonate another person or claim a vehicle you do not own or represent.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or deceive other collectors.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute vehicle profiles or photographs without permission.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose other than the permitted features described in these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information, photographs, stories, and history you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit any photographs you upload and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

By submitting vehicle information and photographs, you grant Quietly Offered a limited permission to store, process, and display that content as part of the service — including generating placards and QR codes, and showing vehicle profiles according to the visibility settings you choose. This permission lasts until you remove the content or request its deletion.

You retain ownership of the photographs and information you submit. You agree to respect the intellectual-property and privacy rights of others when submitting content. Quietly Offered may remove content that appears to infringe the rights of third parties.

You choose the visibility of each vehicle profile. Public profiles and QR placards display only the vehicle information you choose to make visible. Your account email address and mobile number are not displayed on placards or public vehicle profiles.

Quietly Offered does not independently verify the accuracy of user-submitted vehicle information. Vehicle profiles reflect what the owner has chosen to share. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any vehicle profile.

Quietly Offered is an independent service. Unless expressly stated on a specific page, the service is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any car club, concours organization, manufacturer, or other third party — including but not limited to the Porsche Club of America (PCA) or Porsche AG.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we determine misuses the service. We may also remove content that violates these terms.

These Terms of Use work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the service, you agree to both.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Quietly Offered is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date and last-updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
